ABA Therapist/ Register Behavior Technician (RBT)

This position is responsible in the implementation of Behavior Support Plan (BSP), collection of data, and coaching caregivers in implementing Behavior Support Plan (BSP) designed by the BCBA or BCaBA.

Responsibilities:

Implement Individualized Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
✓

Collect daily data in the app or forms designed by the BCBA or BCaBA
✓

Training caregivers/parents in strategies specify in Behavior Support Plan (BSP)

Requirements:

✓

Hold a Bachelor in Psychology or related field
✓

OR Register Behavior Technician Certificate (RBT)
✓

Effective oral and written communication in English
✓

At least 1-year experience working with children with special needs
✓

Experience implementing ABLLS and VBMAPP assessments tool
✓

Kind and love to work with children

This position provides direct ABA supervision services to children on the autism Spectrum and their ABA therapists.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Assessments
- ✓
Define Individualized Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
- ✓
Direct supervise implementation of BSP
- ✓
Graph and analyze data and identify effectiveness of BSP strategies
- ✓
Training and supervision of Register Behavior Technicians, ABA therapists and parents/caregivers
- ✓
Design Functional Communication Systems
- ✓
Use ABLLS and VBMAPP tools to define ABA programs
